Introduction
Dr Antonios E. Koutelidakis earned his BS from the Department of Food Science and Technology of the Agricultural University of Athens and his PhD and MS on Human Nutrition from the same department. He has participated to Greek and international research programs and has done 40 publications at international journals and 50 presentations at Greek & international conferences. His scientific interests are focused on functional foods health effects.
