Introduction
Antonio Cilla received his MS on Pharmacy in 2003 and his MS on Food Science and Technology in 2005. Afterwards, he obtained his PhD (with honors) in Food Science in 2010 at the University of Valencia. He is from September 2015 Assistant Professor in the Food Science and Nutrition Area (University of Valencia) He has research interests in the field of antioxidants, bioaccessibility and bioactivity of functional foods and related bioactive compounds.
