Introduction
Anton Garcia is a Senior Lecturer and in Economic Agricultural at the University of Córdoba (Spain). He has been associated professor and consultant in the field of Agrarian Economy and Alternative Productions from 1998. Since 2005 to 2015 he was Director of the Master of Animal Science. Senior Prometheus Professor in Ecuador in 2015. Currently, he is a coordinator of an internation research network in mixed systems including different Latin American universities.
