Introduction
🔸I trained as a biologist and specialized in the processing of high-dimensional data using bioinformatics approaches in immunology. I am now starting a thesis project focused on B lymphocytes and the role of calcium in the differentiation and functional orientation of these immune cells. 🔸This project is part of a fundamental research approach but also of therapeutic and translational research with the identification of potential therapeutic targets for the autoimmune pathologies

B lymphocyte (B cell) is one of the actors of the immune response. B cell has the ability to differentiate into an effector cell secreting antibody during the humoral-mediated phase or in a regulatory cell producing cytokines (IL-10). This functional orientation is controlled by various signaling pathways, including calcium (Ca 2+) signaling.
