Introduction
I completed my apprenticeship as a midwife. Subsequently I accomplished my Bachelor’s in Midwifery and my Master’s in Public Health. As a study midwife I also supported different projects on maternal health and care for women and their families. Since October 2016 I have been working as a research assistant at the Bielefeld University and have been supporting the NRW Graduate School "FlüGe" (Refugee Migration Health Care), where I am dedicated to the field of maternal care for refugee women.
