Introduction
I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Brazilian Center of Analysis and Planning – CEBRAP. I received a Ph.D. in Political Science at the Institute for Social and Political Studies – IESP of the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ) in 2019. My research interests lie at the intersections of affirmative action and public policies, race, ethnicity, and institutional change, focusing on Brazil, United States, and Latin America. I use mixed methods, including primary surveys and in-depth interviews.
