The NEFELE ERASMUS+ project aims at modelling innovative methodologies for pre-service teachers of middle schools that can be useful to support adolescents’ career development and a positive vision about their future.
Specifically, NEFELE aims to develop a MOOC for teachers and an authoring tool that allows the creation of games for middle school pupils to support career choices. This innovative tool will enable students to experiment with themselves in different roles, opening to a positive future vision and enhancing planning and future orientation skills.
In this scenario, teachers will scaffold their students, providing them with a space to shape their future.
Therefore, the project will impact teachers who can, through the NEFELE innovative methodology, impact adolescents, the final users of the project.
