Introduction
I am a social scientist specialized in energy and climate politics, resource conflicts, social movements and infrastructure studies. My background is in political science, geography and anthropology. My current research project deals with energy politics in Indonesia and Brazil and the societal struggles and political contestations related to them. Conceptually I work with critical state theories, spatial theories, political ecology, infrastructure studies etc.
