Introduction
My main research interest focuses on personality. Current research is on deviant personality, and on psychometric properties of measures assessing emotional intelligence, individual work performance, workplace bullying, and work-family conflict. I use Parallel Analysis and IRT. I also deliver expert opinions regarding forensic psychiatric cases.
