Introduction
PhD Anna Adamik is an Associate Professor at Lodz University of Technology. She is an academic teacher, a published researcher, a strategic management writer. Anna has authored articles in more than 130 peer-reviewed journals and chapters in several textbooks on management, strategic management, organisation sciences, OD, and competitiveness, especially in the age of Industry 4.0. She has also explored such topics as companies partnership and cooperation, organisation’s positive potential, CSR.

- PhD Anna Adamik is an Associate Professor of Management at the Faculty of Management and Production Engineering at Lodz University of Technology.
