Introduction
As a post-doc, I am using genomic approaches to better understand plant diversity and evolution. I focused on American milkweed vines during my dissertation and have experience working with Australian Solanum to understand species relationships, describe new biodiversity, and understand how different traits have evolved. I have some experience working with rare species in Pennsylvania; using population genomics, our team aims to better inform conservation and management within the state.
