Introduction
I tend to work on topics related to Health Economics. Specifically, I am working on the assessment of the health systems responsiveness using the responsiveness concept developed by the World Health Organization (WHO). Given that I am using subjective variables, I am applying methods used in the most recent subjective well-being studies such as POLS method or Ordered Probit and Logit. In addition, I tend to apply methods related to the public policies evaluation such as synthetic control method and difference-in-difference method.

Project
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This project was born as a response to the call for action that, from different sectors of society, has been made to the scientific community to provide diagnoses and solutions to the crisis generated by the COVID-19 disease. The aim is therefore to analyse the transformations in the everyday behaviour, health and economic activity of the population caused by the health crisis, using the tools of the Social and Economic Sciences. The proposal is articulated around four fundamental objectives, with two relatively autonomous but interconnected lines of action. The first focuses on the more social aspects, using individuals as the unit of account, and will therefore be interested in inequality between individuals, groups and families. Two objectives are addressed in this line. The first aims to describe and analyse the most immediate effects of the crisis on everyday behaviour and interpersonal relationships, both during and after the situation of confinement. Meanwhile, the second objective aims to delve into the dimension closer to the work activity, identifying the actors who have been affected by different adaptive strategies in the face of the crisis (redundancies, reduction of activity or teleworking) and investigating the repercussions of these measures for the people who experienced them personally.
