Introduction
My research explores interactional synchronization, a fundamental mechanism of human behavior that underpins rapport and enables the formation of functional social units. Central to my inquiry is the exploration of how emotional states interact with interpersonal synchronization. I take a multimodal approach, aiming to uncover not only the surface-level behavioral expressions of emotions but also their deeper and more complex physiological manifestations that shape human relationships and bonds.
