Introduction
Social Scientist specialized in business anthropology and economic sociology of craftsmanship, with a pioneering thesis on the formation of the craft beer market in Brazil. I embarked, amid the pandemic, on a second PhD in Learning and Innovation in Social and Work Contexts (UNISI), focusing on the practices and experiences of brewers' entrepreneurship in Italy, Portugal, and Spain. I am interested in beer, food & entrepreneurship; neo-craft work; brewing & SDGs, business, and biodiversity.
