Introduction
Andrew Georgiou is a Professor of Diagnostic Informatics at the Centre for Health Systems and Safety Research, part of the Australian Institute of Health Innovation, Macquarie University. He has a broad range of research interests and has published widely in the areas of aged care, pathology and health informatics, evaluation, quality of care and health outcomes measurement. Andrew is currently an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Medical Informatics and co-Chair of the International Medical Informatics Association Working Group on Technology Assessment and Quality Development.
