Urban Network for Upgrading STEAM Skills and Increasing Jobs Added-Value through Digital Transformation in a new economic context The AVEIRO STEAM City project aims to contribute to the development of talent based on the skills needed for the future, including the digital transformation of work contexts. The Labor Observatory - WP4 in the project – has mission to offer a prospective view of the qualification and requalification needs of the Aveiro Region, providing systematically information to the citizens, the education and training entities, as well as the companies, skills required by the labor market, increasing the opportunities and competitiveness of the Aveiro region.

The UNLOCK project – Creativity in HEIs through a game design approach – aims to equip HEIs with the knowledge, attitudes and skills required to design, set and facilitate escape rooms games in learning experiences and foster creativity among HEI’s students. The UNLOCK project will provide the context, process and tools based on a new and innovative learning approach that stimulates entrepreneurial skills in both students and educators, aiming at strengthening employability, creativity and new professional paths.
