Introduction
For over 20 years I have worked as Senior Researcher, Lecturer and Consultant in cross-cultural settings investigating issues around the employment of migrants, health care staff, older workers and those with disabilities. I now coach women in leadership positions and Not [just] for Profit enterprises in developing countries.
