Introduction
My research interests involve supply chain & operations management, service management, demand forecasting, inventory management and, recently, digital manufacturing (Industry 4.0). I am senior member of the Research and Innovation for Smart Enterprises (RISE) Laboratory at the University of Brescia (Italy), where, as a researcher, I carry out scientific dissemination activities (e.g. workshop, round table, webinar) and company transfer projects.
