Introduction
My research vision assumes that informal relationships have a great influence on how people think and behave. Based on this my research aims to develop a deeper understanding of the interaction between organisational social networks and psychological variables both at individual, group and organisational level. By doing so it aims to contribute to the development of people management practices that contribute both to organisational performance and employee well-being.
