Introduction
Ananda S. is the Director of the Postgraduate Studies and Research Department at the College of Banking and Financial Studies, Muscat. He has a PhD in Finance, with over twenty eight years of expertise in management education, consulting and the financial services industry. He has also been a visiting professor at leading B-schools in Dubai, Germany and India. He has published around 50 articles in peer reviewed journals and presented 35 research papers in national and international conferences. He has written books on Mutual Funds, Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial Systems & Commercial Banking. He is a Guest Editor, member of the Editorial Board and Reviewer for refereed International Research Journals. Finance and Accounting related topics are his research interest areas.
