Good Evening everyone.. Let me introduce my self... I have done it according to the protocol that is on some papers, but in negative control is also stained same as with positive control. For primary antibody, I used CSFV Envelope Glycoprotein E2 Polyclonal Ab - Rabbit (Bioss) For the secendory, I used Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) HRP Conjugate (Thermo) and for staining I using AEC kit solution.
