Introduction
Ana Irene Rovetta Cortés works as a researcher at the Instituto Superior de Estudios Sociales, which is part of the National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET) and the University of Tucumán (UNT). She received her PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Padua in 2015. In recent years she has been writing about refugee sponsorship schemes, diaspora engagement policies, inter-generational migrant narratives, reflexivity, and elicitation methods.
