Amr Rezq currently works at the Clinical Nutrition Program, Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences - Umm Al-Qura University and Nutrition and Food Sciences, Faculty of Home University - Helwan University - Cairo, Egypt Prof of Nutrition, Amr does research in Food Science, Nutrition and Dietetics and Nutritional Biochemistry.
