Introduction
Dr. Ammar Hatem Kamel was born in Iraq 1972. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in civil engineering from the University of Al-Mustansiriya, Iraq, in 1994 and 1999, the Ph.D. degree in civil engineering/Hydraulic from Slovak University of Technology, Slovakia, in 2008. He is the author of more than 35 articles in hydrology, hydraulic structures, and renewable energy.
