Introduction
Dr. AMIR MEHMOOD received the Ph.D. degree in engineering from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Technische Universität Berlin/Deutsche Telekom Innovation Laboratories, Berlin, Germany, in 2012. He is currently working as an Associate Professor with the Al-Khawarizmi Institute of Computer Science, University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan. He is the Director of the High Performance Computing and Networking Laboratory (HPCNL), since 2013, at KICS, UET
