Introduction
I am ambitious, innovative & adaptable to new surroundings. I undertake BIM research in eight major directions i.e. Global trends, BIM adoption, maturity, lean & Green, Building Information services, Industry-wide adoption, Education & training and Real-life cases. My PhD research is towards developing an empirical approach for performance measurements of BIM projects.

Architecture, engineering, construction, and operation (AECO) organizations must adopt building information modeling (BIM) technology, define workflows, and develop internal policies to deliver BIM projects successfully. AECO projects are known as BIM projects when BIMis used during such projects. Organizations must identify project objectives, cri...
Conference Paper
Construction practices and procedures are Evolving into complex work flows that require better coordination amongst the stakeholders. BIM is a promising technology that provides better collaboration and control on the project planning and execution also allowing one to be able to easily track and modify the plans to suit the real-time situations. B...
Conference Paper
As an initial step towards performance assessment of BIM projects, this study focuses on identifying the factors that are critical for the success of a BIM project. A research methodology is outlined in this study to identify critical success factors (CSFs) for BIM projects by adopting an empirical approach. A questionnaire is designed by studying...
