Allen Curreri is currently serving as Vice President of National and International Sales at Letco Medical. He is pursuing a Ph.D in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. As a post-graduate fellow at the institution, Allen is utilizing his extensive experience in the healthcare industry to research and develop a standardized curriculum on clinical decision-making for use in medical facilities.
Physicians constantly face a myriad of high-stress, time sensitive decision, and in the absence of external decision making tools, they must rely on their own mindfulness to guide them and make the right choices. Physicians' levels of this crucial mindfulness vary by individual and by experience. Despite it's universal important, however, there is no common training system for mindfulness training in medical facilities. Allen Curreri is dedicating his career in healthcare consulting to the research and development of a standardized curriculum for mindful clinical decision making. The focus is on an effective, trustworthy baseline system that can be tailored for the unique needs of each facility.
