Introduction
Currently I am working at Pontificia Universidade Católica do Paraná (Pontifical Catholic University of Parana) and although continuing to develop research in all field of machining my main three research topics at the moment is (i) Investigation of the effect of laser texture on cutting tool's surface in machining; (ii) Development of vegetable based cutting fluids with improved qualities; and (iii) machinability of high strength cast irons - Compact and Lamellar cast irons. I do look forward to exchanging experiences with any research in the field of machining.
