Introduction
Alireza Noruzi is a university scholar and received his Ph.D. from Aix-Marseille Université, France. He completed his postdoctoral fellowship at École de bibliothéconomie et des sciences de l'information (EBSI), Université de Montréal, Canada. His research interests include the Web, information representation and retrieval, knowledge organization (metadata, indexing), informology and scientometrics. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Informology (www.informology.eu), an international journal.
