Introduction
Alicia Ros-Garrido is a Lecturer and Researcher in Didactics and School Organization at the Faculty of Philosophy and Sciences of Education at the Universitat de València, Spain. Her research interests focus on continuing vocational education, accreditation of learning, and how to bring these issues into the education of vocational education and training teachers and trainers. Before entering university, she has herself been a vocational trainer as well as a counsellor.

Ukrainian HEI teaching stuff is trained to apply innovative didactical methodologies in their seminars and lectures. Support is provided for modernizing the curricula of study courses for future vocational teachers of the Ukrainian HEIs involved, in particular by introducing practice phases in collaboration with vocational schools and companies. Equipment in line with international standards is requested. Specific objectives: - Identification of structures and problems of the Ukrainian vocational education system, particularly of the teacher education system for VET by looking at structural issues and curricular regulations/issues in comparison to those of the participating EU countries. - Development of innovative course structures and didactical innovations to be developed and implemented in the Ukrainian partner universities. - In order to be able to better meet the needs of the economy and to prepare the students in a more efficient way for their future life as VET teachers new forms of cooperation between university and schools/colleges resp. institutions representing the employment sector shall be implemented and new ways/fields of acquiring very early professional experience for future teachers outside the university seminar room shall be explored.

It is an Erasmus + project which aims to reflect and discuss about pedagogical and practical strategies and resources for improving the Digital Competence of our Vocational Education Teachers. It is also intended to suggest and extension of the European Framework for the Digital Competence (DigCompEdu).

El objetivo básico era analizar los procesos de acreditación de dicha experiencia laboral y de las vías no formales de formación, recientemente iniciados en el Estado español, analizando sus beneficios y/o perjuicios sobre los colectivos más vulnerables. Para ello este proyecto se sitúa específicamente sobre el logro de uno de los objetivos marcados en 2002 por el Sistema Nacional de las Cualificaciones y Formación Profesional (en adelante SNCFP), promover la cohesión social. Las preguntas que se buscaba responder en esta investigación son: ¿La acreditación ofrecería una segunda oportunidad a quienes no han podido obtener una cualificación en el sistema educativo formal? ¿En qué condiciones? Para responder a estas preguntas, el contexto en el que se ha llevado a cabo la investigación a fin de revisar la aplicabilidad del sistema de certificación y acreditación de las cualificaciones profesionales, son las empresas de inserción.
