Introduction
Ali is a senior research fellow on systems engineering in the Sustainable Manufacturing Laboratory (SML) at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. His ongoing research focuses on transdisciplinary systems engineering for designing and developing resilient and sustainable systems. He has more than ten years of research and practical experience in Multidisciplinary System Design Optimization (MSDO) consultancy, systems engineering, and project leadership.
