Introduction
It is in 2022 I fulfilled 30 years of lecturing on Critical Thinking in art and architecture in Barcelona and 20 other cities in Europe, USA, Mexico and India.

I start now a 2 years new project on aesthetics and urban experience at the Institute for Culture and Society University of Navarre

The Barcelona Gothic Quarter was re-constructed in the twentieth century. Although theoretically historic monuments refer back to past epochs, in many cases they were produced recently. In Barcelona, medieval buildings were restored in a gothic style, while other historic buildings and facades were moved stone-by-stone into the area and ordinary re...

In this article the authors analyse the letters crossed in 1933 between Lucia Moholy, Walter Gropius and the Catalan architect Josep Lluís Sert (1902-1983), founder of the GATCPAC (Group of Catalan Architects and Technicians for the Progress of Contemporary Architecture) and director of the Journal AC Documents d'Activitat Contemporània (Barcelona,...
Between the XIIIth and the XIV centuries, the so called Quatre grans croniques (Four Great Chronicles) are written in Mediaeval Catalonia. Three of the four authors of these documents show the historical facts as connected with and allowed by the Divine Providence. They develop a concept of History in which Space and time are categories necessarily...
