Introduction
I am PhD candidate in Urban Geography at the University of Geneva and a lecturer at the University of Rwanda. My current research explores the relationship between digital technology and urban transformation, commonly framed under the concept of Smart Cities. Using both qualitative and quantitive ( spatial analysis) methods, I am interested in cities ans their relationship with states especially in the developing world.
