Introduction
My fields of research are predominantly in the following sectors: (1) consumer rights and consumer law enforcement, (2) new pathways to access civil justice, (3) collective redress, (4) ADR/ODR, (5) Legaltech and (5) behavioural research applied to law and policymaking.
I am also very interested in clinical legal education.
