Introduction
My main interest is understanding people. I am a researcher currently working with the Aston Business School on an ESRC funded project that focuses on understanding the effects of mental health and wellbeing on business productivity. I use insights from behavioural science, data science, and business analytics to help businesses achieve better outcomes and encourage customers to make better choices. My recent work concentrated on the use of sentiment analysis for content generation; behavioural segmentation for cybersecurity; as well as data-centric business models.
