Introduction
I work in the Research & Development Department of the German Children and Youth Foundation. This includes leading and doing research in educational science and pedagogical psychology with a wide spectrum of applied quantitative methods (e.g. SEM, Meta-Analysis) and qualitative methods (e.g. narration analysis, documentary method), but also initiating research cooperations, writing grant proposals, research communication, counselling for study designs and measures of scientific quality control.
