Introduction
MSc of Urban Planning at Politecnico di Milano and Torino (special double degree program) in 2006, 1st cycle of Alta Scuola Politecnica in 2008, PhD at University of Brescia in 2012. Contract Professor since 2010 at Department of Architecture (DASTU) of Politecnico di Milano. Author of 50 international publications, including papers and books in the field of Project Assessment and Economic Evaluation. Main research interests: Sustainability, Feasible Architecture to Sustainable Development.

The project deals with issues relating to the role of Valuation of different kinds of projects, with specific reference to the sustainability topics and its fundamental parts. The subject deals, then, with topics, like microeconomics, real estate market theory, value basics, appraisal and sustainability fundamentals, Assessment standards, Valuation methods, Real estate investment and discounted cash flows (DCF) analysis, and the risk assessment in the real estate.
