Selectivity and suffrage {in the context of Sociocybernetics}:
- the first - in relation to the problems of Artificial Intelligence (AI, AGI),
- the second - the problem of implementing it in principle's for Sociocybernetics.
The essence of the question:
- how should this be represented from the Future (when AI systems will be implemented to various degrees and function in some way), in relation to the perception of previous states of social relations (not mediated by AI; explicitly or indirectly)?
- There is also an emphasis on Maturity or past tense for Artificial Intelligence.
- In this formulation, this question is quite possible that it may be rhetorical - then how to reformulate it?

The main aim of this project is to share CFP and contribute in the field of networks, information security, and machine learning with friends, colleagues, and collaborators.
Implementation of new information and analytical modeling practices, as well as assessment of the subjects interacting efficiencies in the functionings environment.
A range of tasks mostly focused on the Advanced Smart Contracts: multi-stage decision making, emergency control, situation and situational center, governance, civil defense, comprehensive system information and warning, emergency communication system, ambient intelligence, post-cyberattacks, anthropogenic hazard modeling, ecological monitoring, environmental monitoring, and their applications.
