Introduction
I am interested in research and professional activities aimed at improving teacher education and teacher's work related outcomes. Lately, my research is focused on applying self-determination theory principles to education, on all levels (including HE). I want to understand the interplay between teacher behaviors and approaches and student engagement. I am a professional educator in teaching methods, and have experience in program evaluation and quality assurance in HE.
