Introduction
We studied the Cross-Cultural Mobility Mental Representations of academically talented Brazilians living in countries that offer opportunities to improve their talents. Results showed an increase in this kind of mobility in the last decade. We identified significant Mobility triggers (e.g., quality of life, professional recognition). As opportunities for these people are not always available in their country, not migrating can represent an interruption in their talent development process.
