In the current study, the injection of the true plastic product is produced practically in mechanical workshops and simulated by taking different cases from the injection location of the model and with different numbers of injection gates in order to obtain the best location in the plastic injection process. The results obtained from the analysis o...
This paper deals with some key parameters regarding extrusion technique using DFORM-3 D finite elements package and experimental results. Such as the shapes and material of die and the type of extrusion process forward or backward on the value of extrusion force. Three types of material's die are used steel, copper and brass, as well as the use of...

Abstract
In this paper, a new concept of blank holder in deep drawing is presented. The aim of this study is to predict the wrinkling and thinning (necking) failure through the study of the effect of using constant, variable and non-uniform blank holder force(BHF) between the blank and blank holder on the thickness distribution along the cup (wall...

The oriented of cutout from the base axis is relatively significant design factor to reduce stress concentration which yield to minimize possibility of failure. The current paper is focused on studying the effect of shape and orientation on stress concentration generated in composite plate under bending condition. At least, two shape and different oriented angles will be investigated in the current study. To obtain stress concentration patterns, a finite element method using ANSYS software is used , also analytical solution for stress concentration around cutout will be presented in this study.
