Introduction
Dr. Akbariah Mohd Mahdzir brings ten years of psychometric research experience on board upon completion of her doctoral studies in Measurement and Evaluation. Her precise interest is on the aspect of instrument development and validation with the application of Rasch Model and Structural Equation Modelling. In addition, as the Deputy Director of UTM OTEC, Dr Akbariah is a part of a dedicated team that is responsible in the promotion of OTEC as a new industry to Malaysia.
