As the world is approaching the towards the carbon neutral and reduced carbon emission . How we can prevent and work to reduce the carbon emssion in the war effected areas .

If we look at the western alliance like US and EU they have more stratergic and economic conerns , but what about the neutral countries like INDIA ,CHINA in indo pacefic regions.
