I hold a degree in Physical Education, a master's degree, and a PhD in exercise physiology, as well as a postdoctoral fellowship in epidemiology. I am a full professor at the Federal University of Pelotas in southern Brazil. I have expertise in exercise physiology and epidemiology, primarily focusing on the following topics: physical exercise, physical activity, health, physical education, and quality of life.
