Introduction
Ahmad H. Al-Nawafleh, (PhD, MPA, CI, RN), After earning his BSN degree, he became a nurse specializing in Coronary Care but practiced with clients of all ages in various hospitals in the role of staff nurse, supervisor, administrator, consultant, or teacher, his nursing practice of care focuses on the individuals and groups health. Ahmad became an assistant professor at the University of Mutah, Faculty of Nursing, where he taught for seven years in the undergraduate and graduate programs.
