To propose a new model framework assessment for combat readiness in Malaysian Army
Bidang ketenteraan ialah satu institusi di mana keluarga adalah sebahagian tanggungjawab pengurusan. Hari ini, terdapat banyak anggota tentera yang telah berumahtangga terlibat dalam operasi luar negara. Penglibatan tentera sebagai suami dalam tugas operasi luar negara mengambil masa antara 9 bulan ke setahun. Isu-isu yang timbul ialah masalah emosi, rasa terpinggir serta menguruskan rumah tangga. Justeru, kajian adalah tertumpu terhadap warga tentera yang menyertai operasi luar negara. Terdapat peranan perlakuan sosial seperti agama, komunikasi, sokongan keluarga dan sokongan masyarakat yang memberi memberi kesan langsung kepada implikasi keutuhan rumah tangga. Namun demikian didapati kurangnya kajian terhadap peranan pengantara iaitu faktor kewangan yang mempunyai hubungan dengan peranan perlakuan sosial sosial dengan implikasi keutuhan rumah tangga warga tentera.
