Introduction
Metabolic disease prevention, and multimorbidity reduction, with a public health focus on reducing health disparity and health inequality locally and globally. I apply lifestyle nutrition and exercise interventions using both randomised trials, and epidemiological cohort approaches to reverse and manage obesity-comorbidities, type-2 diabetes, cancer, vascular disease in high-risk individuals of all age groups (children and adolescents with obesity, older adults with prediabetes, young athletes)
