my hypothesis was in a negative direction according to prior studies, but I back to Scopus journal and take the measurement of this dimensions from the paper, but the questions were in a positive direction, and the results after the analysis were in a negative direction, which consistency with prior studies results. my question how positive questions lead to negative effect. the logic says that the respondents' answer should be 5 or 4 or 3 in general, but the results are negative. will u please, illustrate that for me.
