En este trabajo se presenta una interfaz cerebromáquina, la cual, utiliza un instrumento capaz de obtener señales electroencefalográficas de forma inalámbrica en tiempo real, mediante la plataforma LabVIEW y una tarjeta de adquisición MyRIO-1900, la señal obtenida es evaluada de forma continua mediante un control difuso diseñado en la plataforma mencionada, cuyos parámetros de entrada o Funciones de membresía son dos componentes el Espectro Frecuencial y la Energía asociada a la señal de un potencial evocado auditivo conocido como Onda P300 , la cual es relacionada al aprendizaje y expectativa de un sujeto a una estimulación. A la salida del control difuso se obtiene un grado de inferencia para que el sistema pueda identificar Ondas P300 mediante una estimulación continua del sujeto. Al identificar una Onda P300, se activa un motor acoplado a una órtesis asistencial de miembro inferior, la señal de activación del motor es el muestreo de una señal Electromiográfica adquirida del músculo Recto Anterior y el Músculo Femoral del sujeto, asignando a cada valor un valor de una Modulación por Ancho de Pulso (PWM),por lo que la velocidad del motor es regulada por un control Proporcional Integrativo, obteniendo un movimiento natural, fino y simulando de manera correcta el movimiento de un miembro inferior adecuado al sujeto de estudio.
