Introduction
Afrida Nurain is currently doing MS in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Alberta. She completed her graduation from the Department of Environmental Sciences, Jahangirnagar University. Water treatment, wastewater treatment, climate change and microplastic pollution are her research interest. She is one of the scholars of Nagao Natural Environment Foundation (NEF), Japan. She has received the National Science and Technology (NST) fellowship for her thesis.
